Yes. Notes, checklists, labels, reminders, locks and backups all work on your phone without signing in, even offline. Signing in with your mobile number is only needed to sync across devices, share and keep version history.
Notban is offline-first: every change is saved on the device right away and syncs automatically once you’re back online. If two people edit the same note’s text at once, nothing is lost; a conflict copy is created.
Open the note menu, tap Share and enter the person’s mobile number with view-only or edit access. Even if they don’t have Notban yet, they’ll see the note after their first sign-in. You can share several notes at once too.
Not yet. Attachments stay on the device and are included in the encrypted backup file and in Word exports. Text, checklists, labels and note settings do sync.
Sign in with the same number on another phone or on this website. Your synced notes come back, and from Active devices you can sign the lost phone out.
